What an amazing drink! The layers overlap each other so nicely, and everything fits together reminding us of the season that we’re moving out of. The Fleur of the Valley has a great blend of fresh fruit and acidity. Not to mention that layer of Prosecco on top is perfect for letting small bursts of flavor slip through the dry bubbly. Enjoy one this weekend while the getting’s good! 

RECIPE

Fleur of the Valley


Ready in 3 minutes

Serves 1 drink


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Vodka
  • 1 ½ oz Strawberry Puree(approximately 4 strawberries)
  • ¾ oz Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz Blueberry Lemon Shrub
  • Top With Prosecco
  • Basil Garnish

Preparation

  1. Muddle Strawberries
  2. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Shake until nice and cold.
  4. Double strain into a rocks glass over large ice.
  5. Garnish

Tips

Slowly pour prosecco on top of large ice or over the back of a bar spoon so that it sits on top of the drink better.
