The cucumber and lime are a perfect pairing and our vibrant Raspberry Coriander shrub plays off of the overall brightness perfectly. This cocktail is perfect right now, but would not disappoint in the heat of summer either. The salt and pepper garnish may sound strange but take our word for it that it’s the essential extra touch that cucumber needs.

You can add the simple syrup to the cocktail shaker along with the cucumber and limes, this might make the muddling process a little smoother.
