Irish Coffee is perfect for a brunch or a lazy sunday morning. It’s a pleasant twist on the average cup of joe, and our Spiced Apple Shrub brings in so many more layers. Traditionally creamy, subtly sweet, and spicy; with the addition of our shrub into the mix you get a really fun warm spice and honey nuance. The Irish Coffee is so easy to prepare and to scale up for more drinks without adding much more time into the mix. You can make your whipped cream(or buy some) ahead of time and store for a day or two, as in enjoy Irish Coffees all weekend. Or during your Monday morning zoom meeting, don’t worry we won’t tell anyone.

Irish Coffee

Ready in 10 minutes

Serves 1 drink


  • 1 ½ oz Irish Whiskey
  • 8 oz Fresh Brewed Coffee of Choice
  • ½ Pint of Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar
  • ½ oz Spice Apple Shrub
  • Optional Shaved Chocolate or Powdered Cinnamon Garnish


  1. Brew your coffee in whatever fashion you prefer, be it a whole pot or a french press, it’s your call.
  2. In a bowl pour in all of the heavy cream and whip until stiff peaks are present.
  3. Place brown sugar in a mug and pour coffee over. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  4. Add the whiskey and Spiced Apple Shrub. Stir again.
  5. Place your preferred amount of whipped cream on top of the cocktail.
  6. Add optional garnish.


You can make the whipped cream a little less firm, making it very easy to pour into the mug, but we just prefer the texture of a nice thick whipped cream. It’s your drink so make it how you want it!
