We’ve got a great little shrubbie for you(again) this week, another delicious spin on a classic cocktail. The Raspberry Mule has a blast of complexity that really adds some flare to the classic Moscow Mule. This is one of those drinks that is very easy to throw together and is sure to impress all of your guests. It has a nice punch of ginger, little zest of lime, and oh so friendly Raspberry Coriander Shrub.
Traditionally the Moscow Mule is served in a copper mug, and while this looks great, it's not completely necessary. The main benefit is that the metal chills quickly and helps to keep the drink cool, but honestly in my opinion there’s so much ice in this bad boy that any glass or mug will work.
RECIPE
Raspberry Mule

Ready in 3 minutes
Serves 1 drink
Ingredients
- 2 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Raspberry Coriander Shrub
- 3.5(three full shot glasses)-4 oz(½ cup) Ginger Beer(we used Fever-Tree Ginger Beer which is absolutely delicious)
- .5 oz Lime Juice(fresh)
- Lime Wedge for Garnish(optional)
Preparation
- Fill glass with ice: size ice will do but our preference is smaller pieces.
- Add all ingredients to glass.
- Stir well until contents chilled.
- Garnish with lime wedge.
