As the warmer weather starts to wind down we thought we’d tip our hats to the last of our nice temperatures with a special little Shandy Shrubbie. This is downright the most unique and easiest Shrubbie we’ve made to date. It’s even easier than the Shrubbie Spritzers, the fourth of our Shrubbie Series which only contain 3 ingredients. The Shandy Shrubbie is only two ingredients that don’t even need to be stirred, lager and Raspberry Coriander shrub. A beautiful symbiotic relationship that is shockingly good. I say this because beer was honestly something I thought would never go well with our shrubs. I should have had more faith in the versatility of the shrubs as I was proven wrong, yet again.
The perfect level of fruit to play off the slight bitter notes from the lager. So refreshing and a really nice change from your same old beer. Plus, who doesn’t want to add a little probiotics to their alcohol regiment? So grab that shrub and make your own Shrubbie Sandy at home!
