curtido sauerkraut

our version of curtido is a fermented twist on a central american coleslaw. with earthy toasted cumin seed, aromatic dried oregano, and warm red pepper flakes, this kraut will leave your tastebuds wanting more. pairs well with mexican food, roasted squash, grilled meats, and steamed veggies.
