Savoy kimchi is a work of art, as close to traditional kimchi we can come without burying it in the yard. Some of the heat is balanced by the naturally sweet savoy cabbage, leaving you with a mildly hot kimchi. Goes well with fish, roasted meats or vegetables, thai food, and soup.
Ingredients: Savoy Cabbage, Water, Carrot, Daikon Radish, Green Onion, Sea Salt, Gochugaru Flake, Ginger, Garlic, *Fish Sauce.
